Antony Smith

Antony Smith

Hi, my name is Antony, a passionate chef who has a great eye for detail. Over the last ten years I have worked throughout the country cooking at major events such as Royal Ascot, Open Golf, Aintree Grand-national and London Olympics 2012. I have had the privilege to cook alongside renowned chefs such Roux Brothers and Atul Kochhar. In 2011 and 2012 I won Sliver in the prestigious Salon Culinaire cooking competition and went on to win Gold and 'Best In Class' in 2013.

I have always said that cooking is not difficult when you have the best freshest ingredients. That's why connecting with local suppliers and using the finest produce that is grown in our British fields is very important to me. Using this philosophy is why Street Food and Oh So British is the way forward for me.
